Terms of Service – Talent Sourcing Specialists LLC

1. Nature of Services
   All services are illustrative and/or creative in nature. No guarantees are made regarding hiring outcomes, business performance, or accuracy of information.
2. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for verifying all data, profiles, and recommendations. The Company does not conduct background checks or legal reviews.
3. Scope Limitations
   The Company does not provide legal advice, career coaching, or make decisions on behalf of clients.
4. Billing & Payment
   Services are billed at a 1099 hourly rate. Total hours will be agreed upon in writing before work begins. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.
5. Termination
   Either party may terminate services at any time, for any reason, with verbal or written notice.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
   If the client is not satisfied, services may be discontinued without penalty.
7. Intellectual Property
   All materials created remain the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
